Bodyweight strength for friends who keep each other honest. Small sets of pushups, squats and ten more, spread through your day. No gym. No gear. Sundays off.
Fitness. Friendship. Honor.
The day
Measure your max once, on your honor. Each set is 40 to 60 percent of it, never to failure. Two before coffee, one at lunch, a few after work. Tap a tile after each set. Ten tiles claims the day.
The week
Two movements take turns, so each one gets a day to recover. Sunday is rest for everyone: the app won't even take a set. It's when the work turns into strength.
Today · Basement Crew
Marco is 1 behind you. Don't leave him on nine.
The crew
See who's banked the most sets today and who's one ahead. Strength levels don't matter: knee pushups count the same as close pushups.
When everyone in the crew hits ten, the day turns green for all of you. Being the one who closes it is a thing.
Crews are ranked by one number: the percent of the week's sets you've banked together. It resets every Monday.
The year
Every six weeks you retest your max, see the gain, and pick a new pair. When a movement gets easy you don't do more reps, you move up a level: Pushups become Close pushups. Everything works on a floor, in an office or in a park.
Reps a set climb a little each week, ease off in week six so you're fresh, and then you test again. Small enough to do on a busy day. Big enough to add up.
No camera, no rep counter, no judge. You tap a tile when you've done the set, and your friends trust that you did. That's the whole system. Get after it.
No. Every movement works on a floor with nothing else: no bar, no bench, no chair.
A set takes under a minute. Ten of them spread through the day add up to about ten minutes.
Yes. Your first max sets your numbers, and if it's under eight you start on an easier level, such as knee pushups. The crew race counts sets, not reps, so everyone competes on showing up.
Nothing breaks. There's no catch-up and no penalty; tomorrow is a new board. Your crew will notice, though.
